Anna Lewis

Anna Lewis works as a Senior Recruiter at Viget, a DC-based dig­i­tal agency. She spe­cial­izes in Project Man­ag­er and Soft­ware Devel­op­er recruit­ing, and she runs Viget’s mul­ti-site, mul­ti-dis­ci­pli­nary intern­ship pro­gram. Pre­vi­ous­ly, she worked at Fog Creek Soft­ware in NYC. She reg­u­lar­ly writes about recruit­ing, the work­place, and tech cul­ture, and she’s cur­rent­ly writ­ing a prac­ti­cal guide­book on run­ning intern­ship pro­grams. Before enter­ing the tech indus­try, she stud­ied the human­i­ties at Rut­gers, the Sor­bonne, and Yale. She lives in Durham, NC with her hus­band and son.
