Iaan van Niekerk

Iaan van Niek­erk is the co-own­er of Plus­Plus­Mi­nus, a bou­tique dig­i­tal agency. They cre­ate soft­ware that solves prob­lems and seizes oppor­tu­ni­ties at the inter­sec­tion of design and devel­op­ment, form and func­tion, ideas and exe­cu­tion. Iaan stud­ied Law and Busi­ness (B.Comm, LLB and post-grad­u­ate CFP at Uni­ver­si­ty of Stel­len­bosch), but has suc­cess­ful­ly avoid­ed the court­rooms and paper­work to rather build Plus­Plus­Mi­nus, along­side his busi­ness part­ner Ser­gio Pel­le­gri­ni. Togeth­er with the rest of their team, they serve com­pa­nies in var­i­ous indus­tries rang­ing from hos­pi­tal­i­ty and retail to polit­i­cal orga­ni­za­tions and non-prof­its. Iaan is mar­ried, has a 1‑year old boy and lives in the Winelands of South Africa.
