A portrait of Robert Jolly

Robert Jolly

Works at The Jolly Project Manager.

DPM, Consultant

For over 15 years, Robert has worked on web projects with clients from non-profit, government, higher education, small business, start-up, and enterprise organizations. As Project Manager and then Client Services Director at Happy Cog, Robert helped assemble and lead projects for Thomson- Reuters, American College of Physicians, Zappos, MICA, Georgetown University, VisitPhilly, and many others.

Robert focuses on open, direct communication to creatively solve complex problems and to ensure that an evolving project’s status is visible to all team members. Combining the native tongues of Gantt charts, spreadsheets, version control, issue tracking systems, and animated gifs, Robert works hard to keep team members smiling while adhering to deliverable timelines and project budgets. Robert has had a long, passionate relationship with Waffle House, and will make it a point to visit whenever the opportunity presents itself.
